The cleanliness was perfect, with the cleaning staff doing a fantastic job every day. The hotel facilities were great, including the spacious rooms and the lovely balcony facing the pool. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the seafront and in a shopping complex with everything we needed. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially the receptionists who were polite and pleasant. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast each morning.

This hotel provides great value for money, with prices that won't break the bank. The attention to detail in the recently upgraded rooms is impressive, especially with the amazing sea view from the balcony. The staff are friendly and offer excellent service, making you feel welcome throughout your stay. The location in this quiet area of Playa del Ingles is simply gorgeous, with easy access to the beach and stunning views.
The repetitive food offered during breakfast, which could be improved.

We found a great little hotel just steps away from the beautiful beach, with a bus stop conveniently nearby. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. We especially enjoyed the delicious breakfast and the stunning view of the ocean from our balcony. The hotel also had a small shop on-site, which was convenient for any last-minute needs.
The pool was not heated, which was a bit disappointing for those wanting to take a dip.
